Direct Mail:

It is an informational service for the benefit of those who are willing to publicize their advertisements to a large number of people against nominal prices through mail boxes available at post offices. The number of mail boxes available is nearly one hundred and twenty thousands.

Reply-Paid Commercial Letters Service:

Through this service, international and domestic reply commercial letters and cards sent for companies and establishments are received at no charge paid by the senders thereof and sent to companies and establishments involved in this service that will pay mail charges after receiving these items.

Specifications For Envelops & Cards:

• The words “Postage Free” must be printed on the upper right hand corner of the envelop or card together with an oblong representing the stamp to be printed right above in bold oblique line together  with the term “No Stamp Required”   in English language.
• Two 3mm thick horizontal lines at least 14mm apart must be printed above the address with the following term "REPLY PAID" to be printed in the first line both in Arabic and English right between these two lines, and the name of the destination country "JORDAN" must also be printed on the second line right between those two lines
• The address of the licensee must be printed underneath the two horizontal lines with the term "AIR MAIL" both in Arabic and English in the upper left hand corner in case the envelops are meant for foreign service
• The following terms must be printed both in Arabic and English in the upper left hand corner together with the license  number, Commercial Reply License # IBRS (CCRI)
• All the texts and symbols must be printed in bold color in contrast with the color of the background of the envelope or card. In principle, the color used should be in bold black or blue

1. The minimum dimensions of the cards and envelops are 90 x 140cm

2. The maximum dimensions of the cards are 105 x 148cm

3. The maximum dimensions for the envelops are 120 x 235cm

Mail Bag:

Jordan Post Company (JPC) provides the (Mail Bag) service for companies, banks and governmental departments under a special agreement regardless of their size depending on its own transport fleet and specialized staff in providing such service in all the governorate of the kingdom.

The agreement includes:

• Dates for receiving and delivery of mail bag/bags, noting that the minimum time limit is 24 hours
• Locations for receiving and delivery of mail with the possibility of receiving and delivery of mail as per the customer's desire
• The maximum limit for each mail bag is 20kg with the possibility of receiving a number of mail bags in one trip
