Welcome to ask the service representative or (Pickup Request)
You can make a request for the post representative through the website to reach you at (home, work,....) within Amman area only and execute all the procedures required for clearing your mail item without the need from you to visit any post office, and will provide you with a financial receipt for such item bearing a bar code number for tracking the item through Jordan Post website.
The way service is Provided :
- A request is submitted through the website of the Jordan Post Company upon which our representative will call you to set the date for providing the service. Such request must be filled out with all the required information.
- When sending a parcel, the mail items should be closed.
- Details of the sender and the addressee will be treated as confidential and will be used only to dispatch the mail item by Jordan Post.
- This service is available seven days a week except Fridays and public holidays. You can call our representative on holidays and Fridays who will process your request on the first official working day.
- In case of filling out your request after three o'clock in the afternoon local time, you will be contacted in the morning of the first official working day.
- Service Fees: two dinars will be added to mail service charges
